Ethan is an FAA-certified drone operator and director of photography with extensive experience in television, documentary, and commercial production. He has worked on set with networks and brands including National Geographic, ABC, Discovery, Meta, and Honda and is trusted for his calm presence, technical precision, and creative instincts.
With hundreds of flight hours and a deep understanding of storytelling through motion and aerial composition, Ethan leads all drone capture for WCDO — bringing a cinematic eye and production-ready approach to every project.
Jennifer Pisz
Strategy & Creative Development
Jennifer brings decades of experience in news and media, with a career spanning CBS Los Angeles, Warner Bros., and global initiatives in partnership with organizations like UNICEF and the Obama Foundation.
A mission-driven leader, Jennifer has led production teams across 18 countries, developed communications strategies for cross-sector campaigns, and shaped messaging that drives impact and advocacy. She is skilled in multimedia storytelling, partnership development, and content strategy.
